I passed my NREMT EMT-B on the first try. This app is amazing. You can refresh your knowledge on every category imaginable. It tells you if you're right or wrong on each question and gives great explanations. The NREMT simulation tests really prepared me. I would recommend this is anyone, its awesome.

Any app requiring me to create an account before showing me what I'm getting in return for my personal information gets an automatic one-star review and deleted. If you want my personal information to sell, show me what you're trading me for it first.

The questions are not like the paramedic exit exam. I'd say maybe half the questions are relevant and the other half are pathophysiology which we don't even learn or worry about in emergency medicine.
