Its only vendor who create basic Apps to waste your data with Ads just to check balance & essential service, while all other vendors Apps are free data access. Once data plan expired or data run out, you cant even use this Apps to check or renew data plan. Failed to function outside Myanmar as it always request OTP yet won't send any sms to overseas, unlike all other telco did as basic service. It fail to work even you have preset roaming service before traveling.

I am encountering numerous errors. When I attempt to pay the phone bill and purchase a package in the MyID app, an error message appears without providing any details. I am unsure if an update is required. When I visit the Play Store, it only presents the option to open the app.

I bought packages to get 100 points daily and then I had to buy My Zatar package to get 1200 points. After that, when it was time to take points, MyID Quest was removed. It's a kind of trick. If there is an error, why don't those who bought the package return it? Shame on you!!!
