DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! ads are ruining this game for me. Every time I watch an ad for stuff or to continue playing after dying it makes me watch the ad and forces me to go to the app store and when I go back to the game it completely restarts the game essentially erasing whatever progress or level I was on. This game is garbage and I definitely don't recommend downloading it, it's a waste of time.

at first this game was awesome. it took me back to when me and my best friend were dumping hundreds of quarters into Raiden II and having the time of our lives. this game could have been that but there is so many different currencies you need to upgrade that it's ridiculous. to farm the currencies you need is impossible. no amount of grinding will work. you have to spend money to have a starship powerful enough to advance past like stage 60. I'm at a standstill. it's no longer fun

this game was a lot of fun at first, but it doesn't take long to get maxed out and then have to spend money to advance. the problem is, you can spend 20 bucks on gems and upgrade a ship and be able to advance 5 or 10 more campaign levels but that's IT. I'm at about level 150 easy and three stars up to around 100 but now I'm topped out. I can't advance anymore and to do so I will have to grind for a month or more just to be able to get a little further. so there isn't much fun anymore. I
