So easy to use, I often find the entities who are sent the information are not consistent in their communication back to you. The SSS app makes it so easy to report something. It is all too easy to just walk past something and think that somebody else will report it, with Snap Send Solve there is no excuse not to report items that are needing fixing or work done. It makes out community much safer and pleasant.

Had a car block my driveway, used the up illegal parking as there's no obstruction of driveway, called the ranger just incase to be told the app is not recommended, they said the app server can take up to 3 days for then to get the report from when it's sent to when they check it. I'm upset to know illegal parking is a massive issue because it takes 6 to 8 hours for a ranger to come and people know this and move there car. Told they have to put the fine on the vehicle they can't go via photo etc

Very rapid response to my Snap Send Solve of dumped tractor tyre. Unfortunately I get a fair bit of rubbish dumped in the native vegetation growing on the road reserve. I feed the small stuff out through my bin ( which the rubbish dumpers should do themselves ) but some rubbish is too big to handle. This is where Snap Send Solve is so helpful. Thanks to those who run it - much appreciated.
