Set up your account
Visit inspirafinancial.com, click “Log in” and select “Set up account” to get started. To log in to the app, you’ll use the same username and password you use on our website.

Secure access
You can log in securely with a verification code, touch ID fingerprint, Face ID and PIN code.

Ratings and reviews

The app completely stopped working after the update, and it keeps prompting asking me for a passkey, which is very inconvenient. This was not part of the previous app user interface, and it's much worse now. I can not access anything on the app! The online account is user-friendly, but I don't recommend downloading the app. You won't be able to view any claims or get any information about submitted claims.

This continues to be the worst healthcare app I have to use. CAPCHAS SUCK. The biometric login does not work even when set and entering in the code does not work. It goes no where when entered. Even if the app opens, there is no detailed transaction data showing where the charge is from. This App needs more work, hopefully by a professional. This is clearly not.

I prefer the desktop but I can never log in and I'm always having to call. I finally downloaded your app and voila no more issues. This is just your way of pushing people to download your app for personal tracking purposes. So no I don't like Inspira at all. I wish we had payflex back. I never had a single issue in years. Nothing but problems since you took over.
