Live Inspection connects you with your inspector, property manager or support team through your phone or tablet. Show them around your property, discuss concerns and capture photos while they guide you through the call.

Whether you’ve been invited to a routine inspection, need to show a maintenance issue or are taking part in a safeguarding check-in, Live Inspection makes it easy to share what’s happening at the property.

REMOTE PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Walk through the property while your inspector views your camera feed and speaks with you in real time. Show specific rooms, fixtures and areas of concern with guidance throughout.

GUIDED TENANT SELF-ASSESSMENT
Take part in a property condition check from your own home. Your property manager can explain what to show, ask questions and help you capture the details they need during the live call.

GETTING STARTED
You’ll need an invitation code from the organisation arranging your live inspection, an internet connection, and access to your device’s camera and microphone. Keep the app open until your photos have finished uploading.
