Rafid electronic system is the pioneering cloud system and the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia specialized in serving and managing charitable organizations completely electronically. It includes 16 main departments, below which 60 sub-departments include more than 640 pages for electronic work of all kinds and details.

In the Rafid electronic system, we are keen to provide specialized technical solutions for third sector institutions that comply with government standards, cyber security requirements, and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources with high specifications and standards that fit the nature of work, needs and aspirations to achieve the Kingdom’s vision 2030

We focused on the need, solving problems, programming best practices and qualitative experiences, and everything that the National Center seeks to achieve for the non-profit sector, so we have an integrated electronic model that includes more than 16 departments that form the Rafid electronic system on a single database and cloud hosting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Believing in our role in support and construction, we have borne the costs of modernization and development within the system by relying on feedback from associations, paying attention to user experience, improving performance and any new updates at the level of decision-makers in the ministry or the national center
