1/18: it's been months and none of the issues I mentioned on my review have been fixed. I stopped following and buying because it's so impossible. Too bad, I love the Club, but they really messed up with this app. // Disappointed. I love this Book Club and we are essentially pushed to use an app that is slow, gets stuck, crashes. I can never join the book pick events, or any event. It's all stuck and can't comment, participate, see what's happening.

When this app works, it's great. The concept and branding align well with the book club, which I LOVE and is why I got the app. But in the last month or so the app has been faulty... In the last week not opening at all and now even though it opens and I'm logged it, it shows I've never added any books to my reading lists (not true) and it doesn't show all the books properly for each month... Had covers duplicated where they shouldn't be. Team - please fix! And please communicate timing!

I should have listened to the reviews. Just downloaded the app (on a new Android with the latest OS) and couldn't even get past the sign in without app freezing/crashing. The sign in with Google link doesn't work, or crashes the app, and when setting up a new profile, it froze multiple times upon entering my email address. This app takes the record for shortest time I've had it installed, as I've uninstalled it right away. It's a shame, I love the Book Club and the work the team does.
