​Scam-level billing. Stay away! I canceled my monthly Tracki service, but they processed the payment anyway using stored info. Worst part? There is literally no way in the Tracki app to view or delete your saved payment details. In 2026, hiding financial info from users just to force unauthorized charges is completely unacceptable. This is a horrible business. Plenty of other GPS options exist with better features, better prices, and actual customer service. Don't waste your money.

Bought this device to keep an eye on my vehicle while I was on a trip out of the country. I researched beforehand and all of the info said Tracki works internationally. I tested it before I left and the tracker worked beautifully ... until the moment I crossed over the border. It stopped giving updates for a week. The minute I got back into the US, it immediately started tracking again. Also, I cancelled the subscription and got charged another month!!

Set up and activation is easy. Accuracy is okay although I prefer it were more accurate than within 300 - 500 ft. I love how small the Tracki Mini is and appreciate it came with accessories, such as a belt clip. The app needs either a complete user friendly overhaul, or add a simplified user interface and allow users to switch. Also, tracker text and email alerts do not work. Will rate higher after user interface is improved and text alerts are fixed. Last update was 6 months ago...why?
