Mobile deposit sucks. Have to take multiple shots and every.time. it throws an error to make sure you're using flat surface, everything is in focus, and all 4 corners need to be visible. Other than that, gives me the info I need and provides notifications when debit card is used.

This app is basically non-useable; it needs a TON of work. It doesn't even feel like a finished product. The back button is disabled. The Ebill function doesn't work. The old app showed you monthly billing totals, so you knew what to pay. Now, you better know your total ahead of time because all you can do is enter an amount to pay. It's a jumbled, rushed mess. Tri Counties really dropped the ball on this one. They have a lot of work to do to fix everything.

While I am still on the fence with this bank, in particular, and their app used to be total garbage, there has been improvement in the last couple updates, making the app more functional. The feature added recently to be able to capture a screenshot, was something I had complained about in my prior review (which used to be 2 stars), is something I was keen to have, and though I'm quite sure it wasn't *my complaints that moved them, they got the job done & have earned an increase to four stars
