I've been having a hard time responding to posts with gifs recently, and that's, like, my M.O. It's really ticking me off, because majority of the time I don't see that it hasn't sent and it's in my drafts until a few hours later. And now I'm getting a playback error message almost every time I click on a video, no matter how long they are🙄 this app needs some WORK I wish I could rate 0 stars 😤😤 Update: when I instal and log in the app crashes and I have to open through Google Play to use it

This app is becoming super complicated and buggy. For some reason, X allowed me to create an account without verification of an email first, but when it eventually did asked for it, I couldn't use it because I already had an old account I didn't remember having. I went through the whole process of deactivating my old account and waiting 30 days, just to come back today with X telling me my account was suspended. This app is very confusing and frustrating, and it's very hard to get proper help.

This app, as well as the website on PC, is so unbearably slow that it has frozen my phone and dragged my PC's speed to an absolute crawl just by being open. I've done everything from clearing the cache on phone and PC, to uninstalling & reinstalling (or shutting off my PC), to fix the issue; and nothing fixes the issue, but the fact that it's happening to multiple people everywhere on multiple devices already shows the issue is not on my end.
