Our local cable provider was taken over by Vexus last year which made perfect sense for me to choose Vexus for my service. Their technicians did a super job helping me install the app and getting me set up. Thanks to Vexus I can no longer worry about missing channels or outages preventing me from watching local news or my favorite network shows.

It's advertised on their website that you can "Watch TV, anywhere." Which you cannot. Anywhere, in your house, yes. False advertising if you ask me and there's been no working sound for weeks, now.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for management to return my call...SO SO many issues with the cable, representatives not writing the correct work orders, technicians disconnecting wrong equipment...my bill went instead of down like I was told.
