A month ago, I initially paid ₱2,718.25 for my order. However, due to items being out of stock at the time the order was being prepared, some has been replaced but there are items that have been cancelled as well. The total amount of the order was ₱2,320.28. a few days after checking my bank, I've realized I was charged for some items I didn't received. i've reach out via email through their website and the app but I haven't heard any response from them despite sending multiple emails.

Waste of time multiple times tried to pay online yet I am always stuck after paying it just sync and sync and sync for 5mins... Then I need to get back and update the informations repeatedly very annoying. Useless

It gets stuck at start up screen or loading screen and it is saying there is no internet connectivity detected, but my internet has no issue. It seems like a bug. Please fix this.
