Sort out and fix the (now) confusing email account column that has stopped opening Inbox and folders directly under the active account and just stays at the bottom, looking like everything is shared in one place. Just as bad, is shifting the damn account you clicked so it jumps to the top. Stupid and confusing UI changes that are worse than before. Try testing it with several email accounts. I have loads for different reasons and you just made it harder to use.

The app used to work flawlessly until the last major update a couple days ago. Since then: no push notifications, sync problems, internal malfunctions. Re-installing the app and reconfiguring all necessary permissions and preferences (like background autostart, battery optimization) didn't change anything. This app is pretty much broken by now until the developers fix it. EDIT: Message to support from within the app gets REJECTED because of the automatically attached txt-file - ridiculous!

anytime writing a positive review of this must not have used it for more than a few weeks. Now the widget AND APP do not update. I don't think ionos pay anyone to provides vital web mail service reinstalling no longer helps. It might be nice if ionos pu something different goes wrong every week. It's a joke. a bit of effort into webmail which is still vital to lots of people. This is the only app for ionos mail that syncs sent mail across device so please keep it working.
