Installed the app on my Android and will not allow me to register past the point of inputting my email and birthday in step 2 of the process. The 'continue' button is not active and not clickable. Unable to use and complete waste of time. Took forever to download as well. Not sure if it is my connection, however, all of my other devices are working with no delays.

This app is completely useless. It freezes at the birthdate while attempting to register. Consequently, I cannot complete the registration. I want to update firmware on my All MTN 5 and see what other utilities are available, if any. Judging from all the other reviews, Is a Haibike has a severe problem with their tech!!! Get it together Haibike. You build a great bike then completely fail at support and tech. Help!

I've just installed today an e-connect retrofit kit on my Haibike. First, tried ALL possible combinations of serial number and Frame Draw number (with #, without, with letters, without, etc!!!) and the APP never let me add the bike. To make matters worse, I've tried to login on the browser to try to add the bike, it doesn't log in! So, I've decided to uninstall it and re-install. Now the app crashes EVERY TIME and I'm not able to even enter it. Please, Haibike or Winora Steiger, I'd really like someone to contact me because I've bought this to retrofit on my FullSeven (Bosch) from 2017 to avoid a robbery, paid almost 350 CHF today and IT DOESN'T Work. Needs better info in how to input serial numbers, and mostly, it needs to work!! I'll revise my rating once this problem is solved. Thank You.
