DONT DO IT!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I'm glad there's a platform to warn others about winsim, but 500letters is not enough space to describe all the problems. They offered 20euro credit, then didn't give it, sim doesnt work, and I'm expected to pay for 6months. Never mentioned anything about having to wait before the simcard would work outside of Germany. Multiple times customer service gives incorrect information, rude, and hasnt cared to correct the problem. -10

The language of the app cannot be changed into English. Winsim is most popular among the expats in Germany, still they don't provide an option to change the language to English. Such a pity! Hope you take my feedback and provide us this option.

If you want to make a new contract you need a click. If you Want to quit you need a mail a messege and a phone all of them at least one month earlier of the expiration date of your program. If you do it afterwards you have to stay for TWO (2) more years...Just not recommended. I decided to write because now days I am traveling a lot inside EU and in most of the cases I don't even have signal. I only have a 4g network inside big cities and unstable 3g sometimes and not always.
