Most things are blocked by a pay wall. This isn't necessarily a problem in itself but it's poorly implemented. For example, the Sign Compatibility section has you watch two back to back ads to access it. Annoying, but okay. Then after watching the ads you get one short paragraph and the rest of the content is locked behind the pay wall. So, what good was it to watch the ads when 99% of the content is still unaccessible? 🤔 Having either ads or a paywall, but not both, would fix things.

I did the trial for Nebula. Knew I wasn't going to use since it was mostly readings that cost money and it was difficult to navigate test results because readings take up a lot of space. I cancelled right away, but it wasn't clear if it processed fully. Then I was charged $49.99 and reached out to support. They gave me a 50% refund and tokens to get readings, which cost money. Never using again.

UPDATE: I did get an initial refund of 50% plus tokens, but as I won't use the app again to fall into the same trap, I pushed back and I did get a full refund. DON'T DO IT. There is no obvious place to cancel in the app, I looked everywhere, including on Google Play. I tried cancelling immediately as I knew I wouldn't use it. I just got charged $45.00 and no way to contact anyone since I deleted the app assuming I didn't have any pending or trial subscription.
