I withdrew money at an ATM and the transaction failed because the ATM had a problem, but my ATM balance had been deducted, but when I checked the e-statement application, there was no record. I have also contacted the Call Center but the answer is that I have to arrange it at the nearest bank office. What is very regrettable is that there is no practical solution that they can provide regarding the problem, including in the application there is no help button.

In the last few days having difficulty to logging in, after a while I realized that it won't work using wifi connection, but when i switched off the wifi and use cellular it work just fine .. please fix this ..

To be honest this app was su*ks, sorry to say but it's for real, it's not even worth it for 1 star. The app takes a lot of time to appears, i had to restart my phone over and over again. The blue one is way better than this one. Please fix it for us. It's really frustrating. I mean it !!!
