The Instamart specific app works well in terms of variety and ordering. Customer service - interaction with with a customer agent really needs improvement. Absolutely zero resolution and standard answers are extremely disappointing. There is no way to escalate the issue either. ~Delivery time for the exact same location cannot have DOUBLE the delivery time even with ONE membership. Swift Delivery is the USP promised by Instamart! ~

I had a terrible experience with Swiggy. Ordered food, only to be told by both the restaurant and delivery partner that the items weren’t available. Contacted customer care, and they told me to cancel the order myself. Shockingly, I was charged a 100% cancellation fee, even though no food was prepared or delivered. Swiggy showed zero accountability and transparency, leaving me to bear an unjust charge. This is disappointing and unacceptable from a publicly listed company. Worst service ever!
