After I updated to the new App 10 days ago as the old one disappeared from my Homescreen without warning... for two days the app said no internet connection when there clearly was. This was obviously sorted out. Now for the past two days the data usage won't update. Keeps showing the message 'Error while uploading data'. Annoying...

Last few years, I've always used Tango and 90% of the time their app for checking consumption has been faulty (always used a recent version of Samsung Galaxy). I don't get it how is it possible, it never works properly and gets stuck on home screen? It's disgraceful. Make your app work flawlessly. By the way, atrocious customer service!
