what is wrong with this app?? Its no longer working. You cant add any items to your cart, you cant check-out, you cant pay. It was working 2-3 weeks ago and now it gives you an error 'something went wrong, try again later'. I've been trying for 6 days and still nothing.... this is very poor for a large corporation. You're loosing business because your shoppers are going elsewhere!!!

Save yourselves the hassle and order from your browser—This app is completely useless and a monumental waste of time! It often displays errors, causes pages to loop endlessly, and never updates your rewards. Order tracking is inaccurate as it doesn't update in real-time, leading to confusion when you receive only part of an order but the app still indicates that part is ready for delivery.

Since the update, the app has been so very bad. It rarely works properly it must be hurting Myer sales. Disappointing that they've messed with the app that's worked so well for so long. From the missing virtual"chat box on the bottom right of the screen" to a notification for a phantom favourite item, this app fails more often than it works the past 5 or so months. Just shocking! Please sort it out asap before I lose hope in Myer forever!
