We have used this app off and on for years, and there are lots of good resources. On the flip side, the UI is clunky, it's a pain to get your fully purchased app restored after switching devices. Some resources are kind of half baked. All of that is fine given an obviously tiny development team and budget. Given the daily data breaches that occur on so many platforms, I wouldn't use the intimate chat. Finally, it's become full of ads, mostly for their selection of um... bedroom aids.

No customer service, my wife and I got a new phones. She has tried to contact customer support with absolutely no response at all for almost 3 weeks.

My husband and I have had this app for 7 years now and absolutely love it! The conversation starters are one of our favorites. We especially love that the positions show illustrations and not full on people.
