App UX is awful. Not intuitive, you are required to make meal reservations through it and cannot. It times out leaving you contacting the front desk or just hoping for the best, which isn't a great strategy in a place filled with children. Information is lacking. I ended up wasting money on tickets already included in our purchase.

Worse than absolutely useless. Use Google Maps for park ride directions instead. The map in this app wouldn't show the location of any rides in the park or give any information about them. The app wouldn't download purchased tickets. Most times I opened the app it said, "Oops! For some reason we couldn't load this page."

Found it usually reliable and definitely no need for a paper one. My daughter and fiancé used it with ease too. Great for booking breakfast and able to amend times easily according to you plans
