Edit (May 24): Responding to Entercard's reply to my original review Thanks, but you are assuming I am unable to find the cashback - but it exists. I am telling you I NEVER GOT the cashback. --- Original review (May 23, 24): Terrible experience. Getting cashback requires jumping through many hoops and is far from straightforward. Customer support gives canned responses to genuine inquiries about cashback not being registered. The mobile app is barely holding together. Stay away.

You need to handle cache better and check if the users session is still valid when opening the app from cache. Need to close the app first to be prompted with login most times I use the app
Hi Johan, thank you for your feedback. Due to security reasons, customers will be auto-logged out due to inactivity. Hence you are asked to log in again for security reasons. Hope that helps and have a nice day!

This app and overall experience with re:member is bad enough that I actively warn people from signing up and stear them towards alternatives. - Unable to see card code during initial setup - Frequent errors resulting in signed out or crash loops - Error messages being cut off - Unable to sign in without clearing cache of app - Unable to increase credit due to error which only include a single word 'We're" - Unable to increase credit using other means as well. - Unable to contact support su, sa
