Ratings and reviews

Ever since ITProTV has been bought by ACI Learning they have gone way down hill. They seem to have massive billing issues. You cannot update your billing information without it taking days. I feel like it is them trying to force me out of my grandfathered discount code. Multiple months of issues with super slow resolution times. If you are looking to learn go anywhere else. Likely Udemy.

Liked the app, referred it to others. Forgot to cancel, told them I understood no refunds for the past few months. Asked ONLY for a refund on the newest charge (like a day old). They just copy-pasted their policy, no care for customer loyalty. I understand about the last few months that's on me. Was just hoping for some compassion especially after sending so much business their way. It's just disappointing.

ITProTV is a great service if you access it on a computer. The Android app has been hot trash for years now with no sign of improvement. Casting via chromecast leaves the video playing on both devices. There's buffering issues. Courses that are broken up into sections on the web site are just a list of ungrouped episodes in the app. It's clear that ITProTV do not focus much on their mobile apps.
