This app does not work I am having the same problem as everyone else with the permissions. I've accepted all permissions and still no luck with the app. I've contacted customer service and they were no help at all. They told me to do what I had already done so I hope I can go on the web for my visit tmr especially since there is no refunds

I'd like to give no stars, this app literally sucks you cannot get through nothing pops up on the screen calls and hangs up says creating call and just hangs up nothing is happening here then if you don't have the app and you just go to Google and key in visitel it pops up saying this site is not safe hackers might be trying to get your information

I'm not understanding why the problem has not been fixed. It seems like a number of people have brought up the issues with the permissions and it's still not fixed. This is crazy. People look to this app to keep in contact with loved ones. For some of us this is the only way we talk to them and you can't take time to fix the problem???
