Great content, you can't go wrong with Jump. The reader on the other hand it terrible. It's almost impossible to read with any kind of zoom, for the pages will turn for no reason, it won't let you see the whole page before turning, needs precise finger movent to just turn move around. No transfer data between devices too. And now they skip chapters from long running series, close to censorship of tittles, without a warning or explanation.

The service is cool, the app is terrible. I can't actually subscribe because the app errors out each time I try. It's too easy to accidentally exit a chapter once you've started reading it, and no way to resume unless you subscribe (which you may not be able to do). The chapter release dates don't respect your system's locale (ie. always mm/dd). Can't download chapters to read offline. The search function (essential functionality!) is hard to find. The list goes on, I can't fit it all.

Image quality is not as high as I'd like, can't zoom in too far, and two-page spreads can't be viewed together. Sometimes it doesn't load a page, and I have to force close and re-start the app which starts the chapter over from the beginning (and counts as re-reading, so it locks you out of the chapter unless you're paying.) $2/month is a fair price to backread any currently running series, at least.
