Ratings and reviews

I can't recommend this. There's a quirky anime story, and some simple turn-based battle gameplay... but that said, even after you unlock the game, it's riddled with microtransactions. The "fun" story stops gameplay every minute or so for cutscenes. And lastly, MOVEMENT IS A CHORE. 1 in every 3 times I try to move I just don't. I'd blame the "pop-up joystick" mechanic on touchscreen, but I've seen other games use it without issue. I'll tolerate a lot, but if basic movement sucks, your game sucks.

I bought the full version, but it gets stuck in the first battle animation and nothing fixes it. I'll change my review when it's fixed. Update: it doesn't load the full screen on foldables when unfolded. Which kinda sucks. I hope it gets fixed. I raised my review to reflect it

In game purchases ruin it over other platforms. I'd gladly pay $10 instead of $1 for the full story and the special items/gold boxes. I actually thought thats what the 1$ did at first. Theres nothing competitive here so its strictly about money. Its cheaper to buy the console and PC versions and play both than to unlock gold traps and specials on mobile. Such a cool game when its not filled with this junk. Please consider a one time purchase console style experience for mobile.
