I've been playing this landlord game for weeks, and it has quickly become one of my favorite simulation games. The gameplay is incredibly engaging, with realistic scenarios and a great balance of challenges and rewards. The graphics are impressive, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage properties and tenants. I love the depth of the game – from fixing up run-down buildings to making strategic investments. It’s a perfect mix of fun and strategy.

It's a good idle game! It's not a game you sink hours at a time into, but rather log into every now and then to see, build and manage your empire. The function to buy properties based on GPS is very cool. You can buy your school, your workplace, or maybe just a restaurant you like. The only issue is how long the waiting times get once you get to the high value properties... Other than that it's a good app to have in your phone!

A great concept put into good gameplay. Overall the idea of "owning" land/businesses without the whole crypto aspect makes this a fun little sim. However, there seems to be a small force of microtransactions. All of the upgrades, like bigger bank, more building slots, land, bidding on property, etc, all uses the premium currency. It's not super immersion breaking as you can get the premium currency pretty easily, but it does lead to moments where to straightup asks you to buy stuff. 5/10-Decent
