I had the worst experience. It's always experiencing technical problems, and the money keeps on disappearing when you try to transfer it. The transactions also get completed without confirming the otp. There's a lot to say but I'll end there, don't waste your time downloading this Ezaga app. It has a lot to improve on.

It's been 3 months now and the only thing standing between me and my money is the sms with the pin. The app is literally dysfunctional, the face detection thing is not working, entirely. I tried calling them, I waited for an hour, the kept on telling me my waiting mumber, when it was my turn they dropped the call. Nsfas students are struggling and hungry because of your incompetency. I already have an active and approve account, just send me the sms, yoh!
