Bad service. I am a paying customer but receiving disgusting service from hypa. I woke up Friday 19th April 2024 my service was disconnected. I logged into their app and followed prompts to make payment via bank app. The payment was successful they even emailed me receipt, invoice and statement. 3 days later my router is still not connected. I can't work now. Missed today's of work. Their support team is sending me from pillar to post. Nonsense
