Ratings and reviews

The app is good to use but you need data to open the app. It would have been much better if the app was data free. When you run out of data then there's no other way of topping up when you need to unless you have a strong WiFi connection. You also can't use your airtime to top up your data. You have to pay cash. So it's got it's challenges.

The app seems to be a direct clone of the Afrihost app just with a different skin. Which is fine. The Afrihost app is good. But there are a few issues. The most prominent one is that some font sizes clearly don't scale properly to large screen sizes. The aliasing on the smaller fonts looks horrible. It also seems like the app is catered more towards people with a few different products (like the Afrihost app), but then seems awkward to use for those like me with just a single product.

Preliminary positive experience. I managed to sign up and upload RICA documents. eSim was easy to install (I have 0 experience with eSims), and the steps were clear. Oh, and I already have 2 sim cards in my phone, so when I activated the eSim, it deactivated my 2nd sim. Not a issue for now as I can activate it again. Update: everything seems to work 100%. Support responded quick.
