Terrible app!! Never has been working for months now. Can't log in, can't reset password, doesn't accept id number, doesn't accept e-mail addresses and there's no support. Absolutely useless app. I recall this issue is here for many years. I need to give this half star rating

UPDATE: I was asked to email the app developer about my comments which I did. Zero feedback. Clearly no interest in what we think. What is the value of having an app that supposedly gives me access to my results, when the app tells me "test results require expert input, please contact your dr directly"? It might be medically accurate yes - but that also means you're app is a waste of time and data. What's the use of an app that tells me "call your dr"? Don't bother downloading this

Possibly the worst app I have ever tried. And really sad because they are definitely on to something here but try as I might, I can't get in and when I do it does nothing when I press results. So so sad because it would be so helpful if they actually had a running system. Get a IX developer ASAP.
