Ratings and reviews

The worst application from Mukuru. It keeps on crushing. Once you leave the application it closes then you start again. It's not user friendly. Difficult in logging in. Difficult in uploading pictures. Everything is not working smoothly. Upgrade the application.

I enter the customers correct details but it keeps on telling error mobile number is registered to a different customer based on date of birth. But if i give the same details to another agents it opens up the customer's profile so does that mean i have to give other agents my customers. I am really frustrated😥😥

Please am using Samsung A53 but l can't use the app to scan the document it keeps stopping...anyone who can help me how to fix this problem, l need to this app to scan
