- Just open the app, sign up with your telephone number and take a selfie to better get recognised by our responders
- In case of an emergency, the app uses your location so the responder knows where to find you
- Trigger the button or use the app to request help
- Our control room receives your alert and dispatches the fastest responder
- The responder will use your selfie to identify you
