My device was send in for repairs. They want to charge me while is was still under warranty. It took months to get it back. I then send it back September 2023 with very clear instructions to replace the battery . I got it back without them replacing the battery. They then came and collect it and it is now months and still not got it back. There updates on mail does not correspond with what they are doing. So Simple. Big no go. After sales is close to nothing. PS. Now 2 Januarie 2024 still nothin

Fantastic device. Easy to use super intuitive Some thoughts for future updates. A colour border around the pool sensorineural the home scree so you can see status immediately in green, orange or red? Great for multiple devices. A spin on this device for ponds and fish tanks?

Good idea, good app. But the devices are not robust enough, and gives to many problems for such an expensive device.
