CHASE Mobile
Capture your Incidents, Maintenance Requests and Report Events more effectively and speedily on the Chase Mobile App. Incidents, Checklists and Job Cards can be worked on whilst in the field and responses sent back in real-time to the control room and other relevant stakeholders. Offline Checklist capabilities provide for productivity even when there is no signal or wireless reception. Notifications can be received on the Mobile App providing immediate details on Chase incidents and entries logged elsewhere. Tasks can be assigned and worked on from the Mobile App.

a good app although in my store it is hard to clock in or out, meaning sometimes it can take 10 minutes to find a place where the app will let you. Would also be good to be able to see how many holidays you have accumulated.

The mobile Chase app is perhaps a nice app... But there's a need to work on the Sign In / Out section of the app. The application should indicate only a "Sign IN" on opening the app and only "SIGN OUT" while signing out. There's no need to indicate both "sign in/ sign out" at the same time.

very slow and gives me wrong location when trying to get it right.

What’s new

Open Clock-In : A new screen is available for people to clock in/out who are not Chase users. A QR code is used in conjunction with this screen to allow it to be launched and a combination of a GPS check and code are used for validation.

Translations : New languages have been added to the mobile so users can have the labels in Portuguese, Arabic or French.
