Why doesn't it allow me to touch on the song I want to??? You have to press 10 million times before actually getting to the song you actually wanted.... I'm not the only one experiencing this.. It happens when online or when offline... The other problem is that many times you have to log onto JOOX when wanting to use it.... Very disappointing... The older version was much better.

This app has potential to be very good BUT... there are a couple of things that are lacking. Firstly, I keep getting reverted to the "Free Membership" (without notice, by the way) even though I'm a VIP member. FIX IT! Secondly, the idea of having a cap/limit on the number of songs one can have and number of playlists one can create is ridiculous. By removing the cap one will love the app even more and encourage others to download - because one would be getting SO MUCH more out of the app.

I have a subscription with another music streaming app. Due to the amount of local content, I was eager to move my subscription to Joox. However, the app constantly stops in a middle of a song and move onto the next song. Another issue is that the app will on occasion (probably 50% of the time) start a song again after it played for about 10 to 15 seconds. I tried the app a couple of months ago, and had the same issues. I thought it would have been sorted by now. Are any other users also experiencing this? If it wasn't for this, i would consider moving to premium subscription.
