Be careful with them and don't fall in the trap The first time, after I filed a complaint, they refunded the amount in the form of Yaldiz. Despite the employees' confirmation that it is a dirham balance in the wallet However, I can't use it, and you are required to have 15 dirhams. When you want to recharge they tell you that the lowest balance should be 100 They embarrassed me a lot.

Worst customer support. I registered for it. I didn't receive any email if my documents were not clear. When i tried to book the car , then only it showed one id is not verifief. After walking to the car and waiting alot of time for the car. Spoke to customer service several times and everytime they said , wait 5 minutes, wait 10 minutes. Please respect the time of your customers.

I tried a couple of times to rent a car in the app. It was impossible to make it. Not recommended.
