BEING CHEATED ........ I haven't received my order which was placed almost a month ago , however I got a message saying review the product . When I raised the concern, I was informed the order was delivered on 30 August , we cannot refund. Again I raised the concern , saying I haven't received my order, I got a reply saying we got you wrong , there is a shipment transit delay of 2 days. Wait for one more week. The funny part is I had ordered only some basic garments. Taking almost a month .

The first app that charged me for extra courier service and they didn't mention it before I bought the product which I wanted I returned the product from the door step itself seriously I prefer using other apps than using this one and also the package arrived too late. very disappointed!! I just want to know if they can return my money or are they going to charge me extra on that one as well!?

The worst experience of online shopping! - I chose a certain shipping option but they decided to change to something that takes longer, and even with that, shipping is extremely delayed and I doubt to receive my items. - They have assigned a strange email address for me out of nowhere and whenever I advise that it's wrong, it does t get corrected.. - A crappy application that doesn't work properly and jumps screens...... - shall I carry on!!! The worst experience ever!!!
