This app has a problem that suddenly denies me to access the app sayimg there is an app update available but in reality there is no update. When this happens, the only way is to uninstall and reinstall this app. This has happened almost 4-5 times with me already in less than 6 months. It is a major inconvenience. It also doesn't have a dark mode which is another big problem using at night

The instant notifications ensure I’m always updated on my finances. I particularly appreciate the security features, which make every transaction feel safe. Plus, the ability to recharge my mobile or pay merchants directly is incredibly convenient. Customer support is always responsive and helpful.

The new update is not allowing me to use the app. Everytime I try to transfer from card to bkash, they ask for OTP but the sms notification of the OTP or switching the app at that moment causes the app to restart and I ha e to repeat to the process again. Again it asks for OTP but then restarts again. This update is pathetic and of no use! Please, do not repair what isn't broken. This appnis totally broken and good for nothing. I am still unable to recharge!! This is frustrating!!
