Ratings and reviews

Map should be more user friendly. When you search any destination with name, you can't find the location. Every time you need to point the location on the map. It is very time consuming and bore some. So pathao needs to upgrade the system. You can check with UBER map. You can easily put the landmark name on the map and map drives you to the exact location.

The digital payment for food is a relief but it still needs to be improved. It's not as smooth an experience as it could be. Moreover there's no option to adjust the bill, even though it could be that an item I ordered isn't available or something about my order's amount changed. In that case I have to do COD after all. A system where I could choose the amount to pay would be great.

Foodpanda and Foodi are much better. pathao does not care for customers or their time, they do not respond to support requests, even when they do it's 2 or 3 days later and you'll be stuck with the wrong order they don't even give refunds or replace the wrong item with the right one. absolutely terrible service. (for food delivery)
