The business model of this app is an absolute scam. You can't even fill in a second and third language you know without buying into a subscription model - which is the core functionality this app claims to provide: Find other people knowing a language you want to get better at. Other than that, there are plenty other annoying limitations, like not being able to edit corrections (which would really be needed because of unintentional auto-corrects from your smart phone). Not even a minute after you sent it. You have to re-read every single message with an eagle's eye before you send it. The only possibility is to delete your message and start your correction over which already took a lot of time and I just can't be arsed to do.

Terrible! all i saw during the brief moment I installed the app was pop ups to buy the subscription. you can't use it unless you purchase the subscription. constantly shoving it in your face. don't install it at all if you want to test and see how it works. Honestly, it is a messy app, everything was confusing and with the constant pop ups i just removed the app from my phone, good riddance.

Concept is good, but as a woman, you see a lot of men in your inbox who are not looking for language exchange. They're not learning your language or speak the language you're learning. It would be a massive improvement if you could choose to only make your profile visible to e.g. other women. I'm interested in language exchange, but if people are just using this as a potential dating app, then I'm out.
