NOTE: A physical Scrabble® game (sold separately) is required to play. At this time, Scrabble® Vision is able to recognize the current blue gameboard (Y9592) and the classic green gameboard (Y9592).

Just set up your Scrabble® board, draw your letter tiles, then let the Scrabble® Vision app bring a high-tech twist to the classic game.

Auto-scoring speeds up play. Just snap a picture of the board and the app will calculate your points.

Word hints level the playing field. The app can scan your letter tiles to find playable words.

You can also use the app to set countdown timers, track player's' turns, check a digital dictionary, and compete on a worldwide leaderboard (registration required).

Great app ! BUT. You need to fix something. When you take a photo of the letters to see what word you can make, after that happens you go to score the word and the lense WILL NOT focus NO matter what. So far so good except of that issue Once again. More issues picking up the letters. I've fixed lighting. Everything. It's turned Scrabble into a nightmare. It shouldn't take 20 shots of the board before it reads a letter. I would just give up with this app.

The idea is there, but unfortunately it's somewhat lacking. Chews through battery like no tomorrow. We really struggled to get accurate detection - didn't want to detect the rack for final score adjustments/hints and kept getting extra letters appearing where not present on the board and often took multiple tries to scan. Option for a dictionary to check words before placing would be nice, as well as an option to manually enter what tiles are in your rack - there's only ever going to be 7...

Good app, but too hard to see the board and letters. The concept is great; you scan the board, it detects changes and counts scores....but it's super sensitive to light so ends up taking forever, and you often have to manually input the letters, which you can only do after numerous failed scans. Also, when scanning the letters trays at the end, it is even worse and gives no option at all to enter them manually. Great idea, poorly delivered.
