The only reason why people use this app is so they can do the face scan for their 2k that season, I'm on a Google pixel 9 pro. one of the best phones out. I run 60 fps on all my other games. I go to do my face scan. it drops to eight and lower, you can't run a face scan when you can't even see what you're doing and then no matter what the quality check was going to fail. so please update it and fix your mobile app cuz this is ridiculous The face scans have been a thing for over a decade, come on

Face Scan feature doesn't work after several attempts. It will get 11 out of 13 captures but the app freezes and lags, never getting those last 2 needed to upload a face scan. No matter how slowly you move, the app doesn't recognize your attempt to get the last two.

The face scan is the main benefit of this app, and it literally does not work. It doesn't track as it should and consistently freezes mid scan. this has been a feature for years, and for it to still not work properly is just sad at this point.
