I'm not sure updating was a great idea. It took 46 seconds to load the home page (third try). The BATHE experience doesn't open either, not that it ever has for me, but I hoped. Was really hoping the weird - no way to find anything, just intuit what it might be called and search - non-function would have been fixed. But it looks the same. Poo.

Absolutely horrible!!! Told to make a new account because of the new site and app, did that and lost everything from my old account, including my current orders info so no idea when that's going to get here or if it will at all. App is useless, every time I go on, it has the currency in pound, so I change it to Australian and then go back into the app and it's pound again. Takes way to long to load anything and just a terrible design to navigate. Will be deleting.

I like this app however when I log in to my account it logs out after a second or two and says that my session is over or something like that, it's really annoying so if that could be fixed I would be very happy. Other than that I love this app because when you click on a product it shows you a quick video of the product being used (bath bomb fizzing up ect) which is really handy so then when I want to buy a bubble bar or a bath bomb I can tell what I'm paying for.
