Ripped off! The app forced me to pay $57.99 for an annual plan, which was charged to my credit card. However, it then said the payment was unsuccessful, and forced me to pay an entirely different amount ($12.99) for an annual plan. It wouldn't let me use the app until i paid the second amount. My credit card was charged for both amounts. It's an absolute rip off. Ill be taking the matter further.

Doesn't work... Seems to go out of its way to make life difficult. Jumping though odd hoops like switching keyboards, logging in, and needing to then enter the details you want filled in so you can auto fill it. Waste of time. Their support refuses to fix the issues, simply repeating the same marketing spiel from the website about their security credentials, but not acknowledging the simple fact their app isn't usable.

They give you so many ways to recover, you are never without your passwords. Somebody designed a critical app that fits all the absent-minded, uninformed, non-technical users. I wouldn't trade this app for any of the other pw "boxes". New phone - no worries. Haven't created a pass-key (24 words} yet, still have options to recover. Very usable ui, and plenty of options to see your passwords any way you like, or not see them too.
