Ratings and reviews

DO NOT USE! I have tried on countless occasions over the past 3 years to withdraw money from my wallet back to my bank account. I have followed the steps(that aren't clear at all) every which way possible and I still can't withdraw money. I have contacted their support a number of times as well and that too has done nothing. I literally haven't gotten a reply from them once to one of my help request. Do not trust this app! They have no interest in letting you have access to YOUR money!

I opened a brand new account, got the temp limit to use, but when I received my actual card in the mail I couldn't use it because they froze/suspended it. I have called 3 times in the last week to have it fixed but they don't seem like they doing anything about it. I have sent them proof in and nothing... how long did it take others to get their cards unfrozen/suspended?? just so I'll know what to possibly expect.

Normally, I don't leave complaints but support is absent. The app let me add my bank to pay my credit card. However, that same bank is not available to deposit money to buy crypto. I have waited 2 months. Tried adding the bank dozens of times. Failed. Wiring money in is impractical. So it functions ONLY as a credit card NOT a crypto exchange. Very frustrating. This is an updated (second) complaint.
