App appears to have been fixed and I am getting quite accurate summaries from the transcripts. The transcript should still be scanned by a human in case some nuance is lost or a comment is erroneously attributed. It is a very useful application. When I take notes myself, I can miss whole conversations. The alternative is to record everything, play, take notes, rewind, replay, etc

This app is intentionally cumbersome and annoying to push subscriptions. This means having to individually select conversation components (transcript, audio, to dos, summary, mindmap) to export them. Done through a browser, you get more per export but still have to go into each entry to export individually. Your stuff gets deleted from the device you bought after 30 days. The app is SO limited that it is, IMO, appalling and disrespectful that they sell the device for $150-$200.

It's ok, I was super Hopeful but I am only moderately impressed if that. Transcription is only moderately accurate it does not assign me accurately as a speaker. No place to Add in common names that I use. I have employees with odd names spelling. And I get the distinct feeling that the transcription could be better but the AI budget is low. Best use - have chatgpt pull your notes and todo's for the day.
