Great idea. Shame it's so buggy and slow. Map gets stuck so next button does nothing, photos just show a white screen, doesn't remember your frequently used categories correctly, can't read photo location some of the time, disables copy and paste, no way to export your data, only last 50 snaps can be accessed solvers still view snaps when cancelled. Only solvers can transfer not the reporter so you're stuck making another report. Edit: Not sure what you want me to email, it's all here.

Hi team, Super new user here. Great interface, easy to navigate, big buttons, it works as it should on my Android. One big downside is that once submitted, I can't really 'update' the case. So I can't add, remove or edit the description. Or even add another few lines for context. If I'm on the move, I don't have time to give details/context. I want to come back and add more details. Also, if there was a comment section, then the solver and sender can communicate better. There is zero comms atm.

Very useful. The verification instructions weren't clear about the login process. I received the verif. email, but couldn't get in. I found by trial & error, that you have to press the "Open Inbox" button after verifying by other means (I didn't access my emails via the limited choices that button offered me). Only then did it recognise my account. I have communicated this to developer. Once in, it looks pretty clear.
